Video catalogue Archivo Arte en Matadero (http://artesescenicas.uclm.es/matadero/)

The archivo artea takes part of Archivo Matadero since February 2011.

Artea archive arose in 2010 from the historiographical work which began in Virtual Archive of Performing Arts at (http://artesescenicas.uclm.es) that collects a documental catalogue of contemporary performing practices such as: Theater, Dance and Performance Art.

Since the importance of documentation in performing arts to research on its recent history, the group artea presents theorical works and contemporary pieces, which have been recorded and they are an important reference for new discourses developed from specific researches. The objective is to make public certain performing pieces that explore new resources and scenic devices conceiving the process as medium of experimentation.
