About the MPECV
The Master in Performing Arts Practice and Visual Culture offers a context of for practice-based research and the development of projects, as well as for debate and critical reflection on the relationship between theory and practice. It is proposed as a space for artists and researchers with an interest in developing new working strategies.
With an open and expanded consideration of performance practice, the master encourages collaboration and self-organization amongst participants, and provides tools for the development of methodologies and critical-theoretical discourse. It questions, reveals and amplifies the modes through which we generate meaning today, by way of a varied series of formats such a laboratories, workshops, seminars and continuous study groups.
