A.PASS. Advanced Performing Arts & Scenography School / Antwerp.

 

This centre was started around 1999 by a group of scenographers wo carried out a renewal in their field and who made possible a new generation to appear; these artists conceived their activity primarily as a fundamental artistic one, not as a mere craftsmanship. Actually, rather than a school, A.PASS is an artistic research environment at post-graduate level based at the international arts centre DeSingel.
